Every season offers its own unique gifts, and it's up to us to tap into this energy for our growth and well-being. As we enter summer, aligned with the Fire element, it symbolizes warmth, expansion, joy, and connection. The heart, governed by the Fire element, thrives during this time, brimming with abundant energy, growth, and vitality. Our goal for this day retreat is to embrace the essence of summer, balancing the Fire element to nurture emotional well-being, mental clarity, and harmonious connections with others and ourselves. Let's come together to open our hearts and embrace the season's energy.

This retreat is curated by Samira, who specializes in Five-Element Acupuncture. Dedicated to holistic approaches that address the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit, Samira is committed to bridging the gap between different healing modalities. She strives to raise awareness and empower individuals to explore diverse avenues of healing that resonate with them. Samira is also a teacher and mentor in classic Five-Element Acupuncture and is a certified Theta Healing coach.

Cristina is a compassionate Theta Healing Instructor supporting individuals in overcoming trauma and breaking free from subconscious limiting beliefs. She empowers others to transform their mindset and embrace a life of healing and empowerment. Beyond her transformative sessions, Cristina is also known for facilitating sound baths, where she creates a sanctuary of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Through her heartfelt facilitation, she creates a space where individuals can unwind, heal, and reconnect with their inner selves.

Meet Kris, a passionate yoga teacher and photographer and the founder of Present Practices, which seamlessly integrates both her passions. Rooted in mindfulness and presence, her philosophy encourages students to embrace the beauty of their journey and celebrate the uniqueness of their practice. With nurturing guidance and creative sequences, Kris invites you to delve into your practice, cultivate inner peace, and connect with the present moment.

Suz is a physiotherapist turned wellness advocate, who founded SF Studio London and Authentik Wellness. She's dedicated to personalizing wellness practices for the body, heart, and head, promoting balanced living, and empowering others to prioritize gut health, sleep, immunity, and pain management. She inspires people to make time for breath and movement, fostering grounding and vitality.
