Service Description
This follow up session combines the beneficiary effect of both Five Elements Acupuncture and Spinal Energetics to help release stored trauma and address physical, emotional and energetic imbalances. Five Element Acupuncture aims to restore the body’s natural flow of energy, known as Qi, and promote overall health and well-being. Treatment may involve needling specific acupuncture points associated with each element, as well as incorporating lifestyle recommendations and dietary changes to support the body’s self-healing mechanisms. Spinal Energetics is a holistic healing approach that focuses on the energy flow within and around the spine. It integrates principles from chiropractic care, energy healing, and somatic therapy to address physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances. In this treatment, gentle manipulations, breathwork, and energy techniques are used to release stored trauma, improve nervous system function, and enhance overall well-being.
